Through a trauma-informed care lens/practice I offer an eclectic mix of interventions to assist you in your healing. Trained in treating trauma, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, mood and personality disorders I utilize EMDR, DBT, CBT, Solution-Focused, MI and Schema modalities. I enjoy working with people of all abilities, developmental levels and ages.
